Mission
Light and Hope for the Philippines was founded in May 2023 by Gerry and Emalinda (Lindsey) Bouffard. As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, veteran, minority, and woman-owned organization, our mission is to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ in the Philippines. We are dedicated to providing hope to the lost, love to the forgotten, light in the darkness, relief to the suffering, and compassion to the hurting. We will accomplish this mission by focusing on three key areas: Child Poverty, Community Enrichment, and Christian Education.
